Bali. The Island of the Gods. Whatever the reasoning behind this nickname is, it fits. Bali is paradise to the fullest. It boasts jaw-dropping coastline, an exciting local culture, and golden hour adventures galore. In early 2019, I took on Bali once again, an island that both felt like home and a new adventure at the same time. This time, I was the photographer for PACK., a company that specializes in coworking retreats for digital nomads from all over the world. From Austria to Canada to Italy and the U.S., over a dozen participants gathered in Bali to live, work, and adventure together for six weeks.
As the photographer, I captured as much as I could from every aspect of the trip. Anything spanning from the glorious sunrise adventures atop volcanoes to cozy family dinners spent in our PJs in the comfort of our villas. A trip like this is a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity for many people. As the photographer of such a trip, it was crucial to capture it in a way that brought emotion to the participants and ignited interest and excitement for future participants currently on the outside looking in.
Below is just a mere glimpse of the incredible six weeks that we spent together on the island.
